Bausätze und Zubehör

I installed the software that which is present in the website. After connecting it with the Pc when I clicked the software icon I see no device is found then checked device manager. It shows no compatible drivers are installed. I tried to find in the internet but could not able to find them. Can any one help me

If the ALC8500-2 version is used, the Charge Professional software version 3.01 must be used.
The software can be downloaded from the link below:

The software package includes both the driver and the current device firmware version 2.08.
